Irving Berlin wrote the song “White Christmas” in 1940. “White Christmas” was recorded and introduced to the public by Bing Crosby in 1942. It went on to become one of the bestselling songs of all time. Berlin, by the way, was born in Russia and immigrated to the United States in 1893. |
